Haha, I totally get that! Sometimes just staying on a call or webcam for an hour and giving the bare minimum takes way more energy than it should. 🤦‍♀️ I mean, it’s like you’re mentally preparing for a full-on performance with minimal payoff.

I bet your ancestors were like, “We may be working hard, but at least we don’t have to hold our presence for an hour with no real purpose.” 😅 You’ve got this though, just keep powering through!
