Crypto Lawyers, Can we launch a class action lawsuit against the SEC for costing Americans citizens millions of dollars in missed token airdrops? I'm sure we could get enough people. Tell me why this is a dumb idea.

Honest answer It's a dumb idea because you're taking a reasonable argument to a corrupt institution. A system that's designed to keep wealth contained within the upper classes would never do so much as discuss systems that are designed to distribute wealth.
