Gyoza day‼️ My dumplings use ground beef and pork. The ingredients are minced meat, cabbage, leeks, and ginger. I don't use garlic. The skin is commercially available, but I prefer something that feels a little salty. The wrapping method is not folded in half, but wrapped from 4 directions. The bean paste is less than folded in half, but you can feel the gravy more. I've tried various ways to wrap it, but the whole family says it's delicious. Because it uses ground meat, it is eaten with light ponzu vinegar.
