hey everyone! just wanted to share a quick tip for those of you with tight hamstrings πββοΈ try this simple stretch: sit on the floor with one leg straight out and the other bent, foot touching your inner thigh. reach for your toes and hold for 30 seconds. repeat on the other side. do this daily and you'll notice a difference! πͺ
