1. how did i join FC: 
my googler buddy nick referred me and said “everyone in silicon valley is on this app” then he churned and i stayed forever lol

2. three career highlights:
1. designing /icebreaker from the ground up 
2. receiving 3 patents for my work on the google shopping list in 2018
3. shipping the first merch purchase modules on the YouTube video player page (aka the thunderdome)

3. What am i working on
i’m co-founder and designer at /icebreaker where we are building the open professional network, which means your data is yours and we don’t charge you to make it useful unlike a certain blue app

4. inspiring work in the wild
i came across this app, Corner, that is inspiring in its playful brand attitude as well as its value prop: crowd-sourced recs overlaid on the map. seems so obvious once i used it, cool to use an old primitive (map) in what feels like a new, fresh, playful, modern way

love this corner concept, branding on that looks nice
