One of my favorite endeavors with /mismir is Storied Strokes, a series created to celebrate and empower the voices of artists
I’ve always believed that art and artists have the most significant impact on both our collective and individual lives, and I’ve always felt the urge to make them feel more cherished and valued for the contributions they bring to our world
I can’t genuinely fathom a society without art and artists, there would be no life without it
In the first two seasons of Storied Strokes, I had the privilege of chatting with more than 20 incredible artists, sharing their stories, visions, mindsets, and the unique elements that define who they are
Artists like @jessyjeanne , @iamlosi , @tinyrainboot , @grams , and others have graciously allowed me to feature them in this series
