The only way to make this world a better place, and to truly see this industry adopted, is through equity! imo, this is the core of decentralization: EQUITY. We all deserve a seat at the table, regardless of gender (as is the case right now) Iām still surprised that so many people donāt recognize the impact women have on our lives. So many of the things we cherish today wouldnāt exist without the involvement of a woman. And so many of the things weāll cherish tomorrow wonāt exist without their influence and presence! Iāll always advocate for this and do my best to support women in any way I can, especially in an industry that is so deeply flawed when it comes to this aspect Thatās why Iām supporting people like @jessyjeanne , because I believe her voice has the power to not only amplify womenās voices, but to make them cherished and acknowledged Also, the title of the presentations women outlined at FarCon were absolutely amazing. So smart, so inspiring! We lost another battleš¹

People act surprised when we let voting happen in a weirdo male dominated space. Decisions need to be made that disrupt, not accommodate mass opinion.
