I've had a horrible day since I woke up, that made my day off shit, I spent the whole time sleeping in bed, I had no strength, will or energy to live today, and after thinking I realized something that scares me a lot and it's my mind, and is there anything worse than living a life you don't want? dying and being left alone in the darkness you and your mind for all eternity

I am so sorry to hear that you are feeling like this! what can I say regardless of how it may sound is that we have a choice two make. We can either be in the same state of sorrow, or choose to embrace the suffering, to learn to live with and from it, and move on to our next chapter It is the hardest thing to do, yet I find it more rewarding! And also, I don’t think there is anything else than living a life I don’t want mostly because this will make me live with the question of “what if?” constantly kn the back of my mind 🌹
