NFTs are fashion.
One of the things I’ve always loved about NFTs is how similar they are to fashion
Both are often reduced to their surface elements, images or garments, when they’re actually about so much more
At their core, both are about connection, expression, and empowerment
NFTs should be a path to sovereignty for creators, giving them the power to take full control of their creative journeys
They’re a bridge for deep connections between people, artists, communities, and even brands and consumers
When we collect an NFT from an artist, we become part of their community, discovering like-minded individuals and forming meaningful connections
NFTs imo are about belonging and shared purpose
Similarly, when we purchase a garment, it’s often because we resonate with it; it reflects who we are, even if we don’t consciously realize it
The same holds true for NFTs. While financial motivations may play a role, the NFTs we truly cherish are the ones we identify with, the ones that…
