How many people are working in Team Farcaster currently? 
Do you have any plans for further expansion?

team is 10 full time plus a couple of contractors, plan to add 1-2 more people at most

Some people said that the growth of a team reflects the growth of a product. So, do you think Farcaster is developing somewhat cautiously?

Yes, I agree! However, I truly believe that what you and Dan are creating is on a whole other level compared to Whatapps and Instagram. You both still have a lot of challenging work ahead of you!

whatsapp and instagram got to massive scale with tiny teams, so that's not always true!

I agree with you as well. For example, in the case of Farcaster, these are recent registration figures. I feel that the Farcaster team is overloaded as they are simultaneously building Warpcast (web/mobile apps) and developing the foundation for the Farcaster network

Hm I really disagree that growth of a team reflects growth of the product. Leads teams to overhire in a bull market, having too large of a team can slow things down with bureaucracy and culture changes, and can start contributing to focusing on wrong metrics (viewing team size as a reflection of how well they're doing)
