Wrote up a design to fix the centralized atProto (BlueSky) identity system. The idea is that you can get strong anti-censorship guarantees if you put blockchain transactions at just a couple of select points. In normal circumstances a user will never have to send a blockchain transaction. https://github.com/edmundedgar/did-plc-p2p-guard-rails
