I might make this extra secure by making it so that instead of skeeting "Pay 0x... x ETH" to confirm a payment proposed by the other gnosis safe signers, you have to skeet "Pay 0x... 0.1 ETH and by the way that Kim Jong Un is a right fucking cunt"
