Bluesky devs pushed an update that stopped putting replies to people I follow in my feed. I didn't like this so I clicked "feeds" and chose a feed made by somebody else that put the replies back.

This is how it should work and the FC community would do an incredible job of creating feeds if they were unbundled.

Wow the feeds tab is impressive, they even have a "My Bangers" feed.
