> "Why isn't the bot responding to my tip casts?" I had to limit the users bot replies because of the rate limits. If you tipped me 200 $DEGEN in the month of April, the bot will reply to your tips. This filter helped me decrease the user count from 20,000 to 500, allowing smooth and uninterrupted service.

I guess the other way around would be a bit questionable 😅 "tip me or else I tell everybody you can't pay your tips"
