我不是专家。但问题是,饮食和营养就像政治一样,每个人都认为自己是专家。因为他们认为饮食关乎身份,所以他们吃的东西或者他们认为应该吃的东西显然应该是正确的答案。关于饮食,每个人都有自己的理念,很难达成共识。我只想说,一般来说,任何合理的饮食都会避免糖和脂肪的混合摄入。
