Today, the posts I sent through the third-party farcaster client are not displayed on warpcast. Is there a bug?

farpcaster的底层协议从hub切换到了snapchain
通过第三方app发送到farcaster的post可能需要很久才能在warpcast上显示，我就等了好几个小时。
可能需要tako做进一步适配了。  @edisonchen  @tako  @mablejiang  @julieinweb3
