Our EIP-5827 is now in draft: https://eips.ethereum.org/EIPS/eip-5827 Instead of requesting unlimited approvals, this EIPs gives devs the ability to specify a spending limit every epoch (e.g. month) on ERC20 tokens. We built this standard so that we can build safer recurring payments for users. Protect the users.

I really like this EIP - I can already see the many use-cases in subscription-like products for auto-renewing allowances, something that is currently a *huge* bottleneck for most users.

That’s what we aim too. Anyone can integrate with funnel tokens for recurring payments, be it DCA or subscriptions etc
