For anyone who wants to go raise a fund, here are a few things I’ve observed over the years investing as an LP: Approach it just like a startup. 1. Make sure you have a compelling and differentiated value prop. 2. Demonstrate traction (i.e., a track record with DPI, not just paper gains). 1/3
