No, because it’s not intrinsically a distributed boiler room. Won’t be any worse than the SAAS folks, or any other major investment trend. Crypto stands alone.

This app is a great way to keep up with @vgr’s threads b/c they’re not on Twitter anymore. Looking for the second use case… I kid, but seriously who else is writing interesting (non-crypto-primary) content? If I’m going to open it periodically I’d like at least 3-5 more peeps.

I personally am not a big fan of web3 stuff. I have avoided investing either time or money in it because the problems it purports to solve either don’t interest me or seem to have better more direct solutions. But farcaster seems fine, in that the crypto bits are barely visible to me!
