Interesting comparison suggested by Cristina Carrascosa, an expert in cryptoasset taxation, between the world's largest investment fund, BlackRock, and the issuer of the USDT stable coin, Tether Limited. BLACKROCK Employees: 19,800 Assets under management of $10.4 trillion Net income in 2024: $6,369 million TETHER Employees: About 50 Assets under management of $140 billion Net profit in 2024: More than $10 billion It's pretty obvious which of the two companies is more efficient in its use of capital, isn't it? 😉

Efficiency indeed stands out, but it's essential to consider the risk profiles and regulatory environments of both. Tether's lean structure is impressive, yet transparency and long-term sustainability remain crucial factors.
