Maybe not traditional “influencer”, but plenty of economic value has been created for people who have taken Farcaster seriously over the last few years. Beyond the onchain opportunities, plenty of people got jobs and raised funding as a result. ymmv

I was saying elsewhere that “influencer” might not be the best term here since we are a niche social corner. eg people that are influencer-esque here might be better termed as “lifestyle personalities” but the idea of brand deals and mass reach may be early and/or incompatible with this space. Web3 is still too risky and opaque for mass adoption in a lot of ways. So scalability is capped at the people who are here and already “get it” vs the accessibility of web2 (everyone who has a phone or computer)
