I'm semi joking but quite understandably they are saying they don't really have the resources to compete with the other platforms on video streaming which is consuming space and money. They might cut back to a select few creators having video and let's face it my weirdness is not going to make the list here.

OH! Did not know about new restrictions on uploading video. Thanks for the tip... that sucks a lot. I'll look around but if you have a citation handy that'd be helpful. No talk of alternatives? just gonna can suffocate uploads? Yeah, I can see why you're annoyed.

he's totally right though, the data storage costs are ridiculous, if thousands of people did watch a video it would be a bit unfair on them seeing as video is not really their main business focus.

Then you needn't worry about Supercast hosting fees specifically. Doesn't address your main issue and the general problem of "optimizing for video" tho. Still expensive and hard to scale.

Then its ok i guess, let Warpcast pay.. since they never gave me the 5$ despite me being one of the most active and engaged person on the platform Not that i care about the money but sometimes really this all looks like a joke..
