I've found the solution is to export it ProRes , you can upload ProRes here then i just get the frame rate to match the tempo so the frame cut on beat. This was never possible before because of the way mp4s were buffered

Right click on the middle select loop and play again. First loop around might have a pause but it should loop perfect. Interested to hear how it is for others
