I think what you’re looking for is being built within the regen and green pill communities. 

Ultimately crypto infrastructure will replace nation state infrastructure like identity, public funding, voting, all the things nation states now have a monopoly on. 

@owocki is spearheading the development of stuffs that can one day replace traditional societal coordination technology. But I guess you are probably already aware of this?
