It is hard for me to care about this man's particular business though. $70 for a weighted baby vest is criminal. You are right that a home setup with a cricut and 3d printer could not compete with industrial advantage in china but there also has to be a better way.

Potentially. Even assuming there’s nothing tricky with the materials they use to build a better product, I doubt it’s a realistic solution for a shop that’s selling real volume daily
