Hey folks, ZKsync team has been working on a new model with MiCA compliance via an Austrian Verein Association structure. Would be happy to connect people if of interest, and also curious why not go by MiCA given ambiguity of US regulatory landscape

I really disgust the zksync team with the way they ditched their community. Community determines the success of a project.
