Eggs and longevity

The consumption of whole eggs by the elderly (70+ years old) up to 6 times a week is associated with a 17% reduction in the risk of death from all causes and 29% from cardiovascular pathology. 

-splitting into several meals is healthier than sparse but large portions.

-more frequent use (7 or more)₽ did not provide additional benefits, and perhaps even has a U-shaped dependence when too frequent use ceases to be useful.

- cancer mortality has not changed
