In a world of chaos, find your calm; it’s where clarity and inspiration often reside, waiting to be discovered.

Any recs for wallet-aware ecommerce (Shopify?) solutions for a very simple online store? We're thinking about selling some merch and other stuff and would love something with on-chain abilities, including discounts for NFT ownership.

TIL the Twitter/X API has removed the “get followers of account” endpoint from the free tier, and placed it into the $42k/month enterprise tier. Just crazy… And a good push to get back on farcaster & bluesky.

after a few years full time crypto since transitioning from the family office space, i still feel culture shock re: most family offices earned their wealth through insane sacrifice to build a company VS most of (loud) crypto earned it by being early to click a button to me FC feels like the former, not the latter

1/ As U.S. regulators continue their war on crypto, many founders are thinking about geofencing as a compliance strategy. It can work, but only if it's done right. That’s why @dbarabander and I wrote this Practical Guide to Geofencing: https://blog.variant.fund/newsletter-legal-regulatory-affairs

Cross-posting a thought on staking from the other app: ------ Perhaps we should recognize that 32 ETH is much more of a barrier for stakers than bandwidth reqs, and temporarily do a trade where we up the bandwidth reqs a bit and in exchange drop the staking deposit minimum to eg. 16 or 24 ETH. It's net-good for both staking accessibility and scale. Then once we figure out peerdas, bandwidth reqs go back down, and once we figure out orbit SSF, the deposit minimum can drop to 1 ETH.

we got some exciting reth perf improvements we'd like to showcase for eth_getBlock and the `newHeads` subscription -- if anyone wants to do this example, it's a freebie, and we're happy to give you a Reth node RPC for free to test against issue below
