in india the politicians pushing for financial surveillance are also  pushing to make cash payments a lot harder. i also believe this is a common viewpoint in many parts of europe.

it is sort of interesting that that same trend does not play out here in the usa.

I think thats the case mostly in the US, in Italy for example, there's a cap on cash payments since there's a lot of tax evasion (I think it's something like 2k euros)

They don’t forget, they just keep legislating lower limits for how much of it u can hold
