That's quite the headline!!

Urbit has some cool tech and it seems their dapps actually have some use case now, but it still seems super super nice

And I've never met/known an Urbit dev :/

I first found out about Urbit way before they were more crypto-focused and their marketing pitch as a new operating system that users controlled

Seems they're trying to tie a lot into one package and I can't even call it a crypto tool at its core

Hopefully one day the OS technology itself can be used for something good, whether that's a radically different UI or a fully crypto-native OS, but I don't think there is a real sense of direction with Urbit

There's certainly not a sense of user friendliness/dev onboarding!
