I was asking @limone.eth about this last week during his mini apps talk at Builders Day

my gut instinct is what you’re saying, it’s annoying and I rather do something in the app first

but on the other hand for an app developer, getting the notification token as early as possible is very helpful for later. so I feel like I see both sides here

for sure. still curious what the right solution looks like here from a UX perspective, maybe just making the add frame button/action in your mini app very intentional and part of some flow that exists after you do something you’d want to come back to?

Yeah of course but the reality is if you need the notification token to pull the user back in your product probably needs work

showing a CTA button (not automatically opening the modal) after the first user interaction is the move
