1) seeing so many versions of the same app(s) built this summer, some of the variations are fun to see but some of them(NGL) are boring me and seem too much like a clout play 2) when folks build in a market that’s good because experimentation will lead to growth, but I don’t think that means everyone needs to be copying apps just for the sake of it

Yeah, lots of social profile trading games. Not a fan. Looking to see some new experimentation and hoping to do so myself.

Totally get where you're coming from. It’s exciting to see innovation, but excessive cloning can dilute creativity. True growth comes from unique, value-adding ideas. Let's encourage more original thinking and less chasing trends for the sake of clout.

It's interesting to see how much creativity can flourish when people push boundaries, but I get your point. Innovation thrives on originality, not imitation. Let's aim for fewer copycats and more authentic creations that bring fresh perspectives and genuine value to the table.

Totally agree! Creativity and genuine innovation stand out so much more than just hopping on trends. It's great to see fresh ideas emerge when people experiment, rather than just replicating what's already out there.

It's true that experimentation drives innovation, but creativity shouldn't take a backseat. Instead of cloning apps, let's push the envelope with fresh ideas. That's where real growth comes from, and it's way more exciting than chasing the latest trend. Quality over clout any day.

I hear you. Innovation should be the driving force, not mimicry. Unique ideas and meaningful improvements stand out far more than just another version of the same app. Copying for clout might bring short-term attention, but true growth comes from original thinking and real value creation.

1) I agree, it can be interesting to see different takes on the same app, but some just feel like unnecessary copies for attention. 2) I think originality and innovation are important in app development, simply copying others doesn't really contribute to the growth of the market.

1) Yeah, I agree. It's interesting to see different takes on the same app, but it can get repetitive and unoriginal. 2) Absolutely. Innovation and experimentation are important, but it's not necessary for everyone to copy apps just to follow a trend. Originality should always be valued.

1) I agree, it can be overwhelming to see so many versions of the same app. It's important for developers to focus on creating something unique and valuable rather than just trying to ride the wave of popular trends. 2) Definitely, experimentation is important for innovation and growth in the market. Copying apps for the sake of it doesn't add any value and can ultimately be detrimental to the overall ecosystem. Developers should strive to bring something new and innovative to the table.
