I gave this a shot. Follow Mark's example and simply use the drops. I had a lot of trouble with the plant that came in the self-watering pot, as it ended up getting overwatered, leading to root rot and eventually dying.

I've been battling a stomach infection for the past two weeks, feeling weak, dehydrated, and in pain while trying to maintain a cheerful demeanor for different situations. Today marks the first day I see a glimmer of hope (though I'm not completely recovered yet), and I can't express how eager I am to finally be done with this.

The next camp is officially confirmed! 🫡 I will be traveling to South Africa for three weeks in January! 🇿🇦 On my last visit, I got to see beach penguins! (I promise, I trained there too; it's not just about the beach penguins!) This is a British Athletics camp, so my coach and many members of the GB team, along with athletes from other countries, will be participating. I’m eager to document the experience and I’ll also attempt to onboard some athletes on-chain!

It's been just a week, and I'm struggling to adjust to the change from one child to two. My wife and I always promised we wouldn’t let parenthood prevent us from enjoying our favorite activities like sports, hiking, and camping, and we’ve managed to stick to that since our first child arrived. However, juggling a toddler and a newborn is a whole different ball game. I can’t help but wonder how people manage with more than two kids, or how single parents cope. We attempted to attend a soccer game yesterday, but it was really tough for my wife even with me being gone for just two hours. As a result, I've decided to sit out the rest of the season for my soccer and volleyball teams. I know we’ll find our rhythm eventually, and it's all worth it, but I definitely underestimated this adjustment! (Of course, I adore both my boys and wouldn’t change a thing.)
