not to throw shade a lens but I used to think that open actions were basically the only thing lens had on Farcaster now not only is it hard to see lens having any major advantage for me, but I’ve also already seen more use cases of frames than open actions in one weekend

😂 not the best look when they’re scrambling to add “portals” and try to make fun of/compete with farcaster frames https://x.com/heydotxyz/status/1751993114078695881?s=46&t=8l54n7dYtHePgMrhGh-cUw

Open Actions and Frames are fundamentally different and will likely co-exist :) Frames are explicitly defined frontends with flexible callbacks Open Actions are explicit callbacks (smart contract modules) with flexible frontends https://x.com/defispartan/status/1752097501585506509?s=46&t=snRz50II-wGH0yxSrQACPw

Lens has a lot of cool features that FC doesn't, the main one being the ability to mint posts (either for free or you can charge for it). You can also set up referrals, so if you retweet someone's post and then someone else pays to mint it, you get a portion of the minting cost
