super excited about this new framework from the creators of tamagui/takeout, one -- a universal(react native + web) framework built on vite *and* has built-in local-first support with zerosync.dev(launching in the next two months or so)

i know that this new `one` framework just came out and is in beta/is super early, but this might be one of the coolest cross platform experiences i've had so far

one single app(even without native and web folders/extensions) is running on both platforms with different layouts & hot reloading powered by vite

very promising stuff & i'd def. recommend running `npx one` to check out one of the example repos
