Totally! But the psyche is hard to control, it comes and goes with climbing. Been at it on and off since 2015! Prefer and enjoy controlled indoor situation much more these days πŸ™ƒ

Climbing has taken a back seat. I used to be heavy into trad climbing, but slowed down after witnessing an accident on Longs Peak in 2020.

Post-Sickness workout: I got rekt with a cold on NYE and was pretty miserable up until today. Took it light, did 3 - 4 sets of each exercise. Jump rope: 15m Pulls x 19 reps Dips x 36 reps Pistols x 13 reps Elevated pushups x 24 reps Bodyweight rows x 20 reps L-sit hold (pull-up position): 20s Nice to be back home.
