Post-Sickness workout: I got rekt with a cold on NYE and was pretty miserable up until today. Took it light, did 3 - 4 sets of each exercise. Jump rope: 15m Pulls x 19 reps Dips x 36 reps Pistols x 13 reps Elevated pushups x 24 reps Bodyweight rows x 20 reps L-sit hold (pull-up position): 20s Nice to be back home.
