Update on Warpcast home feeds

Based on feedback, we've:

- Turned off recommendations (since a lot of them were spammy rn)
- Turned off replies + reply bumping
- Tweaked the algo to de-dupe recasts

Please let me know if things are better or worse!

We previously took a recent reply from someone you follow and bumped the old cast + reply as a conversation unit back to the top of your feed.

We will like bring this back but in a smarter way (based on the people you most interact with).

Cool. Tweaking the algo sounds like a lot of fun. 

My best friend runs the algo at Reels and he has like 200+ DS working for him.

@dwr.eth Looking forward to what you develop, while seeing duplicate content is not always great, it is a reminder, and often times when we want to find something, it is quite well hidden. Not that I am dissatisfied with the experience here however i am noticing a sharp decline of content I liked previously.
