New on Warpcast: invite directly to channel - Gift a Farcaster account - Select channels that the user will be immediately onboarded to - Share via a link or QR code (no more clunky email flow) - Improved claim flow with an invite code (see next cast)

Awesome - really like this onboarding flow! I wish that the new user didn't hit a payment screen as their first-time user experience, and I second Dylan's proposal for some kind of new user fund. Know you said at Dev Day that Merkle may fund some new user onboarding, but think it would be a nice per-channel feature (and up to the channel owner whether or not they want to use it) https://warpcast.com/dylsteck.eth/0xa70a7943

There's no way to associate an invited user without an email. We got a lot of feedback that people don't like requiring an email.

Understood. I'm totally fine with the invite code UX, but I don’t like seeing payment screen *first* - especially if I do have an invite code. Since the goal is driving more invites, I'd swap the order of the screens

It's not first, it's after verifying an email. Every additional screen will decrease onboarding conversion. Would expect a bunch of people never tap "I don't have one"

Understood, and agreed! Your current flow in the quoted cast: 1. Copy code from email 2. Enter email in Warpcast onboarding 3. See payment screen 4. Click "I have a code" 5. Paste invite code 6. Done In my proposed flow: 1. Copy code from email 2. Enter email in Warpcast 3. Paste invite code 4. Done You and I both believe no one would click my proposed “I don’t have an invite” (hence why I’d put the payment screen *after* the invite code screen - most people will have invite codes, so optimize for that onboarding) https://warpcast.com/dwr.eth/0x0af7c314
