New on Warpcast: invite directly to channel

- Gift a Farcaster account
- Select channels that the user will be immediately onboarded to
- Share via a link or QR code (no more clunky email flow)
- Improved claim flow with an invite code (see next cast)

this is awesome — would be a cool add-on if there was some “new user fund” per channel where members/mods can pool together warps that could be used to fund invite links to a channel

I wish that the new user didn't hit a payment screen as their first-time user experience, and I second Dylan's proposal for some kind of new user fund.

Know you said at Dev Day that Merkle may fund some new user onboarding, but think it would be a nice per-channel feature (and up to the channel owner whether or not they want to use it)

Understood. I'm totally fine with the invite code UX, but I don’t like seeing payment screen *first* - especially if I do have an invite code.

Since the goal is driving more invites, I'd swap the order of the screens

There's no way to associate an invited user without an email. We got a lot of feedback that people don't like requiring an email.
