does FC have a terms of service? all FC content (casts, profile pics) should be CC0 developers building clients might be legally exposed until this is explicit?

goes to some of my points in dev chat yesterday we need a good way for clients to share off-chain signals e.g. I can abuse Andy on Warpcast, he can block me there I can go to Jam, Discover, etc and abuse him there different than email as it's a social network with public UGC i'm sure we can come together on this

If user A mutes user B on Warpcast, user A won't see that user wherever they post from.

How? Is that in the protocol?

my point is, if it's not in the protocol then we need a process for sharing it off-chain today Warpcast is at the center, but in the future any client could be the primary client or first client of the user, but they could use multiple, so we will need a way to share signals, if apps want to

re: sharing signals — that's fine I was correcting the point if you use Warpcast and you mute someone, you won't see any Farcaster protocol activity from them regardless of the client (we mute the FID)

thx, would love to better understand how that works, how a client knows from the Hub that FID1 has muted FID2 on another client
