Im feeling very overwhelmed with the amount of time required to manually invite all those ppl back in my channel. Any tips to do that fast?

I did but i have to click on every account individually to screen them before accepting their request. 

Surely there’s gotta be a better & more efficient way to determine if they’re real people and not spammers? I cant imagine how time consuming this would be for very large channels.
