Should we introduce a new sign up tier to reduce the cost of signing up? 

Would be low cost (< 25c) but come with much smaller storage limits like maybe 10 casts, 100 follows or something like that.

Can there be a free tier with even smaller storage limits and follows? Like 2 casts, 10 follows, etc. I know the tiny amount prevents spam but just having a cost creates a lot of dropoff with new legit users too

Challenge is 100% free + sovereign means someone can trivially create ∞ accounts and fill up Hubs.

Open to ideas if people have proposed solutions.

add some delete mechanism? make it trivial for people to remove spam accounts.

supabase auto deletes projects that go idle after 30d.. feels like there's an equivalent that can be implemented here.
