The meta right now seems to be "the right way to build". There is no right way to build a company, other than: 1. Build something people want 2. Charge (someone) money for it 3. Don't break the law The last two are easy, the first one is hard.

Oh, well, then we start questioning if FTC regulations are state or federal laws, if taxi regulations are laws in other countries where Uber has presence, etc. Does not look so clear it can be a rule.
