Any tips for helping a 10 month old and a 2.5 year old clear up chest congestion? They're over the active sickness but feels like the congestion lingers for weeks.

Perhaps a humidifer in the room? There are room-temp-mist models and they help coughs and loosen things up. I’ve used one with all 3 of my kids during persistent congestion (and for myself!)

Usually what walgreens has on hand tbh. I have used this model. There are also cute animal looking ones if your kids have trepidation. Consistent cleaning is more
important than bells and whistles IMHO.
