How come your team is entirely made up of devs?

Varun and I do those roles. Founder-level responsibility at such an early stage startup

The old Q for Q, eh?  Okay I’ll bite.

Design is the user advocate, product provides focus.  Not all devs can do these things (although I’m sure some do).

In the worst case an all-dev team might spend a ton of time making something no one wants to use. So how do you do it?
