Should we introduce a new sign up tier to reduce the cost of signing up? 

Would be low cost (< 25c) but come with much smaller storage limits like maybe 10 casts, 100 follows or something like that.

We're considering reducing sign up costs by 90%. Weigh in!

would it in way limit access to frames?  if not, the App Store nature of frames could be used to generate infinite hooks for both the “free” and longer term user bases of the platform.
