Solana's launch of Blinks signals a trend. In the long run, Twitter poses a tough challenge for Farcaster. Also as a social layer, Twitter is the largest traffic pool, attracting numerous projects to build around it. In the application layer, there are "TwitterFi" projects like Fantasy and FriendTech, which are built on Twitter's social graph and enjoy more traffic and liquidity compared to similar products built on Farcaster's social graph. In the middleware layer, tools like Blinks bridge the application layer and the Twitter client, allowing direct interactions with wallets on Twitter, including DeFi, NFT, gaming, and SocialFi Dapps. Farcaster's Frame no longer seems fresh after Blinks' introduction. How will Farcaster respond?

They don’t work on mobile. 88% of Twitter usage is mobile.

Yes, Farcaster's Frame provides a great mobile experience. Apps built on Farcaster are now starting to use Coinbase's smart wallet, making mobile use convenient. The future of onchain social will be on mobile, I believe. 😆

Mobile & PWA are the trends that applications are moving towards so it's hard for them not to think about it. What ab when it works on mobile?

I am still optimistic about Farcaster. The solution of adding an crypto layer to the original traffic pool is not a long-term solution and is subject to centralization.
