1. Clear asks 2. Intellectually honest 3. Short 4. Thanks for sharing this template. Interesting that you separate "going well" from "not going well" as opposed to just covering KPIs in their own subsection (ie, MAU, MRR, etc), highlighting what's good and bad (ie, green text for π and red for π)
