Feels more painful to have few things in the going well category :)

Thanks for sharing this template. Interesting that you separate "going well" from "not going well" as opposed to just covering KPIs in their own subsection (ie, MAU, MRR, etc), highlighting what's good and bad (ie, green text for 📈 and red for 📉)

I also like to use numbered sections/items, for ease of reference 
e.g “about B2…”
