1 - not an issue
10 - hair on fire problem, should be the top priority to fix

Do you have an example where this has impacted you or observing with others?

One quick example without having to dig into things is just the follower count and follower notification.

It becomes meaningless when more and more bots follow you.

Sometimes when I got a follower I would check out their profile, casts, etc. I stopped doing that due to bots.
